Anushka is a well-respected and familiar face in UK immigration law. She is a Senior Associate at Vanessa Ganguin Immigration Law, a leading UK immigration boutique based near London’s Silicon Roundabout and a co-convenor of the Immigration Law Practitioners Association (ILPA) Economic Migration Working Group. Anushka established ILPA’s first international subcommittee in New York. She trains ILPA lawyers on the Global Talent visa for tech founders and leaders and collaborated on it with Tech Nation in the early days. Anushka often writes and presents about UK work immigration options and challenges for the tech sector. She has regularly contributed to the Legal 500 UK Fintech Guide. Anushka is actively involved in challenging Home Office policies through her work with ILPA. She has met the Immigration Minister and policymakers to discuss immigration law and worked with the Department for International Trade and British Consulate-General in New York training on UK immigration, as well as presenting at SXSW festival in Texas on UK immigration solutions for the tech and creative sectors. Anushka provides strategic personal and business immigration advice to individuals and companies on the points-based system and other UK immigration categories.
